Mr. Dow has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Montana State University, and three military-focused Master's Degrees in Logistics, Air Mobility, and Strategic Studies from the Air Force Institute of Technology and the Air University.    


Mr. Dow is a recently retired Air Force officer with global experience in systems acquisition, logistics and transportation management, air mobility, deliberate and crisis action planning, mission support, and professional military education.  During his 24+ year career in the United States Air Force, Mr. Dow served in a variety of positions around the world, and commanded at the Squadron and deputy Group levels.  He has taught at the Master's level, and served as the Associate Dean of Distance Learning at Air Command and Staff College, providing professional military education for 15,000 mid-career officers.
